JDES recognizes that an intensive and focused in-service training for teachers is very essential for an effective teaching learning approach. As a step towards equipping teachers to facilitate change on a personal, classroom and school-level we will be conducting a Capacity Building Programme for teachers of various schools of JDES. Through this programme we can help teachers in developing education strategies to address the changing landscape of teaching and learning and apply innovative approaches to new contexts.

                                      Teacher is the catalyst who ignites the desire to acquire, assimilate and apply knowledge, while promoting a learning culture that is inquiry-driven. They provide the students opportunities to express, analyze, introspect and learn, in a congenial and conducive atmosphere. Keeping this in mind The Capacity Building Programme is named as "IGNITE 2021"

This programme will be conducted from 20th May, 2021, in an Online mode. Details for registration will be available on 15th May, 2021 on JDES website www.jdesjabalpur.org.in. The workshop will be conducted by teachers from various JDES schools on various topics based on a simplified, yet effective way of developing content based teaching and learning methodology, lesson plans, activity sheets and comprehensive assessment procedures. Last date for registrations is 18/05/2021.
